Hereby I, the Costumer, declare under oath that all the above related credit cards that I ask SERVICOM EMPRESARIAL M�XICO, S.A. DE C.V. and/or any of the companies of such group to process, have been dully authorize by every single one of my clients and costumers, there fore my clients to request from SERVICOM EMPRESARIAL M�XICO, S.A. DE C.V. and/or any of the companies of such group, to request from HSBC Mexico, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, HSBC Financial Group, that based on the agreement that I (the client/costumer) have with the issuing institution, charges my banking card, which I have entered with in this requisition, with the all the information there in determined in this acquisition, or in its case, the new banking card number assigned by the institution in case it has been rubbed or lost, to charge the amounts that here in I agree for the acquisition of your products, which my be charged automatically. This authorization will be enforced until the owner of the banking card revokes it expressly in writing. Hereby I also agree and oblige myself to observe and be ruled by the policies established for this type of businesses and services, particularly to the following conditions: (a) The subscription of promissory notes in favor of the issuing bank will not be needed in order to document each transaction, recognizing the amounts that appear for this concepts in your banking card statement; (b) If the case may be and my account has no sufficient funds to cover any and every charge, I hereby recognize and acknowledge that such payment will be denied and I will be held the only responsible to pay the company the principal amount as well as all interests and accessories generated therein and; (c) I hereby acknowledge and give by this means written proof that I am aware that all legal dispositions that rule the handling of my banking card are independent to this authorization, therefore such banking card will be ruled by its own credit agreement executed with the issuing bank.
