Are the generic medicines that you sell safe?
Yes, all of the generic medicines that we sell have been deemed
by Mexican authorities to be the equivalents of their associate
brand name product. Criteria are similar to regulations used by
the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our generic medicine
is safe and effective as one you would purchase in the U.S.A.
Are your prices in US Dollars?
Yes, all prices appearing on the website are in Unite States
Dollars (USD).
Is there a limit on how much I can buy?
You may purchase a 3 month supply of each of your medications.
Do you sell controlled medicines?
Yes, but in order to purchase a controlled medicine you must
send us your, your medical prescription or computer scanned, by
fax.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our medications everywhere except France and
Germany
Do I need a prescription in order to receive an order of
non-regulated medications?
No.
How much do you charge for shipping?
USD $10.00 per each order, regardless of the quantity ordered.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, we have taken every precaution to make sure your
transaction is secure. Our website utilizes industry-standard
security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All
account information submitted to us is safely isolated from
unauthorized internet access.
What about sales tax?
No sales tax is charged.
What is a generic medicine?
When a company or laboratory first invents a patent for a
medicine (eg. Viagra) that company or laboratory is the only one
in the market allowed to produce such medicine for a certain
number of years (approximately 20 years in Mexico). After this
period of time, other companies and/or laboratories are allowed
to make the same medicine. These medicines are called generics.
The original medicine (eg. Viagra) is called a brand name
medicine. Brand name and generic medicines are IDENTICAL in
terms of active ingredients. The presentation of generic
medicines (box and pills) may look different, because they are
made by a different company or laboratory, but the active
ingredient is exactly the same and causes the same effects as
brand name medicine. The only difference between brand name and
generic medicines are the cost and the company or laboratories
who produce it.
What if I have a shipping problem with my order?
If you have any problem with your order (for example, if you are
missing something, or you received the wrong product) please
contact customerservice@pharmamx.com with the details. You
should receive a response within one business day. If you need
to exchange / refund / return any items that have expired or are
damaged, we will not be able to exchange, refund or credit your
account, but if the medicine is in good condition and returned
to PharmaMX.com, within 7 days of receipt, we will exchange /
refund / return the requested items if they appear in accordance
with our policies and disclaimers. Please contact
customerservice@pharmamx.com for details. All returns must be
accompanied by the packing slip. After a returned item has been
received, it will take about 7 business days to process. All
payments are final and will only be refundable if the claim
appears in accordance with our policies and disclaimers.
What if you don’t have all of the items in stock or they are
not available in the market?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will order it from
our supplier. If the item is not available from the supplier we
will contact you and let you know the reason why the product is
not available. We can provide you with accessible options, that
fulfill your requirements.
Why do the pills I received appear different than the ones I get
from my local pharmacy?
If you normally buy brand name medicines and you have ordered a
generic medicine from us, the pills we send you might look
different. Generics do not appear the same as the brand name
products, even though they have the same active ingredient and
work in exactly the same way. In addition, the same brand name
pill produced in Mexico may appear slightly different than the
ones produced in the US. Some pills may have different shapes as
well as different colors, but all of them have the same active
ingredients and will provide the same benefits and healing
solutions. When comparing the same generic product produced by
two different companies or laboratories, they WILL GENERALLY
APPEAR DIFFERENT in color and shape.
What do you do with my personal information?
The personal information you provide us with is only viewed by
our authorized processing department, which analizes your
information so we can complete and process your order. We do
not, under any circumstances, sell, trade nor rent your personal
information to others. We have a confidentiality obligation to
you, OUR COSTUMER.
How can I pay for my order?
For your convenience, we have several ways you can pay for your
purchase: - sending a money order, personal check or cashier’s
check; - Use your Visa, Mastercard or HSBC credit/debit card
on-line, or use our printable order form and fax or mail your
credit/debit card information for us to process.
Do I have to pay a fee to have an account with PharmaMX.com?
No, PharmaMX.com will never charge you hidden fees or membership
fees of any kind.
How do you ship my order ?
We offer only one shipping option. Your order will arrive by
STANDARD MAIL in approximately 10 to 15 business days from your
order shipping date or approximately 2-3 weeks from the order
date. Delivery times are estimates for US customers only. Actual
delivery times may vary depending upon where you live. If no one
is at home at the time of delivery then you will receive a
notice from your local post office that you have a package
waiting to be picked up. We are not able to ship by Fed Ex, UPS
or by any other means of express delivery due to US regulations.
Shipping costs are always $10.00, regardless of quantities
ordered. If you make an error on your shipping your address
while placing your order please inform us immediately at
customerservice@pharmamx.com or deliveryservice@pharmamx.com. If
we can not reach you regarding the information you provided, in
order to resend your order you will be charged USD $10.00.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once you have completed your order, it will be assigned a
PharmaMX.com order number. Click on the Order Status button and
enter your order ID to view your account.
If your order status is shown as “Processing”, it means your
order is being processed and it will be shipped soon.
If your order status is “Out of Stock”, it means we are
currently out of this product and we will notify you of the
estimated shipping date.
If your order status is “Shipped”, it means your order has been
shipped and it will arrive soon to your delivery address.
If your order status is “Cancelled”, it means that you have
cancelled your order or your payment was not received.
If your order status is “Unclaimed”, it means you could not be
contacted for delivery and the postal service has returned your
order to us and we will be contacting you by email. Whenever
this happens redelivery charge of USD $10.00 will take place.
Our shipping department is open Monday thru Friday 8am to 6pm
central time and they update order status daily. The shipping
department is closed on weekends and holidays and your order
will processed the next business day often it is received. If
you do not receive your order within 15 business days, please
contact us by email at
