Hereby I, the Customer, declare under oath that all the related banking cards that I ask to be process by SERVICOM EMPRESARIAL MÉXICO, S.A. DE C.V. and/or any of the companies of such group for any of my acquisitions from their Web Sites, have been dully authorized by me, therefore I request from SERVICOM EMPRESARIAL MÉXICO, S.A. DE C.V. and/or any of the companies of such group, to request from HSBC Mexico, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, HSBC Financial Group, that based on the agreement that I (the client/costumer) have with the issuing institution, charges my banking card, which I have entered with in this requisition, with all the information therein determined in each acquisition, or in its case, the new banking card number assigned by the institution in case it has been robbed or lost, to charge the amounts that herein I agree for the acquisition of your products, which may be charged automatically. This authorization will be enforced until the owner of the banking card revokes it expressly in writing. Hereby I also agree and oblige myself to observe and be ruled by the policies established for this type of businesses and services, particularly to the following conditions: (a) That the subscription of promissory notes in favor of the issuing bank will not be needed in order to document each transaction, recognizing that all amounts that appear in my banking card statement for such concepts are correct; (b) If the case may be and my account has no sufficient funds to cover any and every charge, I hereby recognize and acknowledge that such payments will be denied and I will be held as the only responsible to pay the company the principal amount as well as all interests and accessories generated therein and; (c) I hereby acknowledge and give, by this means, written proof that I am aware that all legal dispositions that rule the handling of my banking card are independent to this authorization, therefore such banking cards will be ruled by its own credit agreement executed with the issuing bank.
